Virtual Assistant, Marketing and Sales Enablement
Location: Remote / Offshore
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours)
Salary: $1,000/month
Availability: 8am-5pm US/Central Time (Must be able to work 80% in our time zone)

Why:
We’re seeking a highly skilled Offshore Virtual Assistant with a focus on Marketing and Sales Enablement to join our team. This role is pivotal to our growth, requiring a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and administrative excellence. As part of our team, you’ll contribute to enhancing our market presence and streamlining our sales processes, all within a supportive and dynamic remote working environment.

Role Overview:
You’ll provide comprehensive support across various functions, including social media management, marketing, content creation, customer service, and more. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment and is committed to achieving excellence in every project undertaken.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
o Follow and create social media calendars for optimal content scheduling.
o Curate, write, and schedule engaging content across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
o Manually post updates and videos, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
o Maintain a Social Media Tracking Report to monitor and analyze performance.

Marketing:
o Design infographics, email newsletters, brochures, and eCovers for digital assets.
o Execute social media ad campaigns and manage platforms like Google Analytics for insights.
o Engage in SEO practices to enhance online visibility and lead generation.
o Create and manage landing pages, email marketing campaigns, and event planning.

Writing & Content:
o Develop and manage a content calendar for blogs, vlogs, newsletters, and social media.
o Craft compelling copy for various mediums, including websites, sales letters, and email sequences.
o Write and edit content, ensuring clarity, engagement, and alignment with brand standards.

Customer Service:
o Follow-up on inbound leads and conduct client satisfaction surveys.
o Engage with website visitors through live chat, providing information and support.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, with a focus on marketing and sales enablement.
• Proficiency in digital tools (LinkedIn, Canva, MailChimp, Asana, Calendly, Hootsuite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in content creation, social media management, SEO, and email marketing.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, with a home office setup conducive to remote work.

Desirable Computer Skills:
• Advanced knowledge in LinkedIn, Canva, MailChimp, ChatGPT, Microsoft Office, MS Teams, PowerPoint, and familiarity with JobAdder, Asana, Loom, and Calendly.
