3Victor is a consulting firm that helps early-stage startup founders with great products grow their revenue. We do this through customer segmentation, pricing strategy, outbound sales, content marketing, paid ads, and sales coaching/consulting. The founder is looking for a Virtual Assistant, with some marketing experience, to help with the following tasks:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Research and List Building: Identify target leads through research and build comprehensive lead lists to support outbound marketing campaigns.
Email Campaign Management: Manage responses to outbound email campaigns, ensuring timely and professional communication with potential leads.
Social Media Scheduling: Schedule and oversee the publication of content across various social media platforms to engage our audience and promote our services.
Growth Strategy Research: Conduct in-depth research for our growth strategy documents for prospective clients, showcasing our approach and thinking.
Inbox Management: Efficiently manage the email inbox, organizing messages and ensuring important emails are responded to promptly.
Competitor Research: At the beginning of new engagements, perform detailed competitor research, including collecting screenshots of ads, landing pages, and messaging. Summarize findings in a centralized document, utilizing AI tools as necessary (training can be provided).
Documentation and SOP Management: Record tasks using Loom and organize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth operations and knowledge sharing within the team.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or similar role.
Strong research skills and familiarity with lead-generation strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in email management tools and social media platforms.
Ability to organize and interpret data to inform growth strategies.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with AI tools for summarizing research is preferred, but not required (training will be provided).
Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and SEO is a plus.
