Your Role: A Catalyst for Growth
As our Virtual Assistant, you’ll be the engine driving our business forward. Your mission? To oversee all marketing activities, from identifying leads that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to executing outreach campaigns and scheduling sales meetings. Your work will directly impact our success, helping us build a robust pipeline of new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Identification: Use Sales Navigator and Crunchbase to find and manage leads.
Content Creation: Craft engaging content with AI tools & AuthoredUp and Canva.
Effective Outreach: Run email campaigns using SmartLead.
Scheduling Mastery: Organize sales meetings & follow-ups (Calendly, Sybil)
Video Marketing: Enhance outreach with impactful video content.
AI & Automation: Utilize Zapier and ChatGPT
Who We’re Looking For
Experienced: 2+ years as a VA, preferably in a US-serviced business.
Skilled in Lead Generation: You’re a pro at outreach campaign management and scheduling sales meetings.
Process Improver: Always finding ways to be more efficient and effective.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools and eager to learn new technologies.
Creative & Analytical: Excellent at creating content and using insights to inform strategies.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: You manage tasks with precision, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
Excellent Communicator: Strong in both written and verbal English.
Self-Motivated: Driven, independent, and always seeking improvement.
What You Get
Base salary of $4-6 depending on experience
Uncapped commission structure with $300 bonus for every new customer
