Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Marketing and Engagement

We are dedicated to providing professional and efficient sewer inspection services to homeowners/buyers, businesses, and real estate professionals in Indiana. Our video sewer inspections give our customers peace of mind when purchasing a new home.

Join our team and work from anywhere globally as a Virtual Assistant, focused on brand awareness and outreach to our target audience using Google Voice messaging, engaging with them on Facebook thru our company Facebook page, among other marketing and administrative tasks.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant to work approximately 8 hours a week (Mondays and Thursdays, 8 AM – Noon USA Eastern Time) to support our marketing efforts by engaging with realtors, real estate investors, home inspectors, and other real estate professionals in Central Indiana (greater Indianapolis area) and Northeast Indiana (greater Fort Wayne area). The ideal candidate is proficient in the English language, has excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of social media etiquette, and the ability to work independently. This position is starting at 8 hours/week, however, if the candidate is interested in additional responsibilities, such as customer relations management (CRM), scheduling, customer service and engagement, tracking company goals and key performance indicators, booking appointments, and dispatch of company personnel, etc., there is an opportunity for additional work hours per week.

Core Responsibilities:

Perform client prospecting by messaging potential clients via the company’s Google Voice system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas for Facebook posts, social media and Google ads, and messaging campaigns.
Create Facebook posts per company’s marketing plan.
Engage with target audience on Facebook through messaging and commenting to build relationships and promote our brand and services.
Monitor Facebook groups and pages relevant to real estate and home inspection, actively participating in discussions and sharing valuable insights.

Additional Responsibilities:

Track and report on key metrics related to engagement and outreach efforts on Facebook and Google Voice prospecting.
Respond promptly to inquiries and comments from prospective clients, providing helpful information and assistance as needed.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to continuously improve our approach.
Perform other tasks as assigned, such as CRM software usage and management, etc.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong understanding of Facebook and its features, including messaging, commenting, and group interactions.
Proficient with Google Suite software, such as Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Voice, etc.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning our systems and communication style.
Must be proficient in American English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Must have access to computer/laptop and high-speed internet.
Must have access to a phone and be available for occasional conversations with business managers.
