We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with a strong focus on marketing to support our team in various tasks including lead generation, content creation, SEO, ebook creation, article writing, blog posting, data entry, and potentially GMB optimization. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads and prospects through various channels such as social media, online directories, and industry forums.

Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content including articles, blog posts, ebooks, and social media posts to attract and engage our target audience.

SEO: Optimize website content, blog posts, and other online materials for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.

Ebook Creation: Assist in the creation of ebooks and other downloadable resources to capture leads and provide value to our audience.

Article Writing: Write high-quality articles on relevant topics within our industry to establish thought leadership and attract readers.

Blog Posting: Manage the company blog by posting regular content and ensuring it is optimized for SEO.

Data Entry: Assist with data entry tasks including updating contact information, organizing spreadsheets, and maintaining databases.

GMB Optimization (optional): Help optimize our Google My Business (GMB) listing to improve local search visibility and attract customers.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably with a focus on marketing tasks.
Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research and optimization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (formerly G Suite).
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with tools and platforms such as WordPress, Canva, Hootsuite, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz) is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
