I’m seeking an organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help primarily with marketing and partially with customer support. Our company is immersed in the thrilling world of AI, offering a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to be at the forefront of technological innovation.
Responsibilities:
Your role will be approximately 80% marketing and 20% customer support. Key duties will include:
– Actively engaging on Reddit, Twitter, and Facebook, by replying to posts and comments in a timely manner.
– Crafting compelling and engaging copy for our social media platforms.
– Creating newsletters based on updates to the product
– Submitting our business to relevant directories to enhance our online presence.
– Conducting competitive research to keep us updated on market trends and insights.
– Carrying out user experience research on our products to help us improve.
– Occasionally assisting with customer inquiries and support when required.
Requirements:
– Excellent writing skills and ability to draft engaging content.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Familiarity with Google Docs, Notion, Figma, and ChatGPT is a plus.
– Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm about the AI industry.
– Willingness to work from 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
