Work Duration: Full-Time

As the Digital Marketing Manager at Alondra Home Care, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and creating impactful digital campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Website and Content Management: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company website, ensuring it reflects our brand identity, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized.
Coordinate the creation of engaging and relevant content across various digital platforms, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and more.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):Monitor website traffic, performance, and keyword rankings to improve organic search results.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and attract qualified leads.
Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Allocate budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI for paid advertising efforts.
Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media presence and create engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and values.
Utilize social media platforms to build brand loyalty, increase followers, and drive traffic to the website.
Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain existing customers.
Implement segmentation strategies for targeted and personalized communication.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across all digital marketing channels.
Prepare regular reports and present insights to the marketing team and stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
Proficient in using web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
