Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our party and entertainment company. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team by handling administrative tasks, managing communications, and assisting with sales-related activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks – must be fluent in verbal and writing English.
Training for the role will be provided.

Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Previous administrative experience is preferred.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Basic sales experience is preferred but not essential.

Manage emails, schedules, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
Organise documents, spreadsheets, and databases accurately.
Assist in preparing reports and other documentation as needed.
Maintain an organised and tidy digital workspace.
Demonstrate adaptability in handling various tasks and responsibilities.
*Communication:
Contact leads via email, phone calls, and social media platforms.
Follow up with clients to confirm bookings, ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Initiate contact with venues, event planners, and similar companies to explore collaboration opportunities.
Utilise various communication channels, including direct messages, emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn messages.
Register the company in relevant directories to increase visibility.
Communicate with leads via various channels such as email, phone calls, and social media platforms.
Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from clients and prospective customers.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or queries.
Cold calling and emails
*Sales Support:
Resolve sales rejections and enquiries promptly, providing solutions and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Upsell clients to upgrade packages or add-on services, maximising revenue opportunities.
Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services and explore collaboration opportunities.
*Social Media and Marketing:
Post engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram posts, stories, and other multimedia materials.
Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages on social media channels.
Research and identify opportunities to promote our services and reach new audiences.
*Data Entry:
Maintain an organised database of leads and contacts, accurately recording relevant information.
Fill out Excel sheets and other data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
