ALL AROUND VIRTUAL ASSISTANT NEEDED

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented virtual assistant to join our team. This Virtual Assistant plays a vital role in supporting a professional magician business and also Airbnb property management. We are seeking a highly organized individual with exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record as a very resourceful person. Your responsibilities will include various administrative tasks such as client communication (phone call/text/email), email management, appointment scheduling, data entry, google research, lead generation and creative social media content creation.

Here are the skills we are seeking:

1. Experience working with Airbnb, including proficiency in managing Airbnb properties and a deep understanding of the aircover claim process.
2. Proven ability to conduct lead generation via LinkedIn and effectively reach out to companies to broaden our magician company’s audience.
3. Expertise in SEO techniques and backlink generation to improve our Google search ranking.
4. Availability to promptly answer calls or messages during working hours.
5. Resourcefulness in independently finding solutions on Google with minimal guidance, coupled with a willingness to make cold calls when necessary.
6. Video editing skills that can help us break down long YouTube videos into tiktok/IG videos

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails
Efficiently schedule appointments and manage the calendar
Accurately input customer information into the CRM system
Engage with clients through text and calls within the United States
Craft compelling social media content to enhance online presence
Airbnb (Listing Management, Automation, Price Optimization, Guest Relations, Vendor Management)
Google SEO Management
Video editing and social media content creation manager

Requirements:

Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
Native English speaker with clear, fluent speaking and writing abilities
Strong communication skills, including a native English accent for calls
Ability to respond to customer inquiries within one minute
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks rapidly is a HUGE plus
Previous work experience in the cleaning industry working as a virtual assistant is a plus
Previous work with Asana or Notion or is a plus
Previous work experience in vacation rental property management is a plus
Previous work experience with Airbnb or VRBO is a HUGE plus
Experience with PriceLabs or other price optimization software is a HUGE plus
A quiet workspace, stable computer with CLEAR voice headset, and a fast internet service
Availability to work Monday-Friday 5PM -1 AM PST and weekends 2pm – 10 pm PST
