We are looking for several hard working people that want to join our team of Virtual Assistants. It’s for an Australian company that works in various countries across the world, but mainly the USA, Australia and The Netherlands.
Job description
Your main tasks will be to:
– Setup new websites using our own tools.
– Insert content from word documents into our tools.
– Find images for the given market.
– Creating content using third party software.
– Setup some Google accounts, basic domains, etc. Everything will be explained with videos.
We want people who work hard and care about their work, so we will take care of you.

Requirements
• Work Monday to Friday from 8.30AM to 5PM.
• Fluent in English
• Can work hard, has good attention to detail and can focus on their tasks.
• You can’t have another job on the side on other sites such as upwork,freelancer, etc.
• You must be familiar with Google Sheets/Docs/Slides or Microsoft Excel/Word/Powerpoint.
• A good computer and internet connection.
Training
We will provide paid training. Mainly through videos and by answering questions live while you are going through the training. You must complete the entire first week to be paid. We love people who ask questions. If something is not clear, ask! During the first 3 months you will be constantly tested. Important is:
– Following very specific guidelines for certain steps.
– While allowing some creativity and thinking in other steps.
– Attention to detail is crucial.
– Perform well – have sufficient working speed. If you work hard, this won’t be a problem.
Communication & Scheduling
We use slack to communicate. It’s a free app for your computer. We can chat and share files through slack. For scheduling we use Asana which is a project management tool that explains what you should do next. You must be immediately responsive on slack during business hours.
Payment
You will get paid $80 per week and will go up from there based on the requirements: quality of work, speed of work and attention to detail. We will review you regularly during the first 3 months. You will also receive a 13th month at the end of the year paid pro rata. You will get paid through paypal every 2 weeks on Thursday or Friday.
