Job Description

Hi there, I am Jimmy. I own a photography business. The business will operate in UTC -7 time zone.
I’m in search of someone to help me with administrative tasks. I would only need your help between the rest of March until middle of May. (About 2 months)

Here’s what this role will require but not limited to:
1. Sending out invoices
2. Sending out photo galleries
3. Possibly communicating with clients prior to their photo session and answering their questions
4. Possibly answering to guests questions on airbnb
scheduling posts on social media

Here are the requirements for this role:
1. You MUST be able to work with me every day during on the weekdays.
2. You MUST have impeccable speaking/written English. These messages are representing me personally, and need to be crispy and casual.
3. You MUST be willing to learn and accept feedback. I’ve proven this process works, and I’ll be teaching you everything I know. You just need to be moldable.
4. You MUST be incredibly responsive and take OWNERSHIP of your tasks. I don’t micromanage, so I expect you to deliver your results without fail.
MUST be willing to work during the day time in the USA.
Bonus if you know how to use adobe Lightroom but not necessary
