Virtual Assistant Needed

I am a wedding photographer and I also own a wedding venue – I am need of a virtual assistant to help with some tasks such as:
– Assist with templates and organizing CRM system
– Marketing creation (flyers, posts, etc) Usually within Canva
– Updating websites
– Blogging/SEO
– Pinterest Posting
-Video editing
– Misc duties as needed (ex. looking into travel information for destination weddings, research…)

What I am NOT looking for:
– someone who is disorganized or has difficulty with deadlines and structure – please do not apply
– someone who cannot problem solve
– someone who is not strong in communicating in English
– someone who does not have a reliable internet source

What I AM looking for:
– Diligent and efficient performance is far more important than years of experience or length of resume
– Dedicated, loyal, on time, organized, meets deadlines, quick learner, smart, strong in English

You may need to use the following programs:
-Lightroom
-Premier Rush or Premier Pro
-Pinterest
-HoneyBook
-Canva
-Pixieset

Each month is slightly different based on when I have bookings. On average I would say that I have about 10-15 hours/week worth of work. Some weeks might be more and some might be less.

If you end up being a great fit and show a high levels of commitment, as my business grows, so will the tasks that I have to offer you and the position could potentially change to part time or full time! Especially with the new wedding venue that we purchased. I know once wedding season hits, I will have more tasks come up! As time goes by and training has ended, we can discuss wage increases.
