Our growing law firm is looking for an experienced admin Virtual Assistant who is smart, honest, and detail-oriented. (Please be aware that we only accept applications from Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines during the application process.)
Note that candidates MUST be technologically savvy. The ideal candidate is ready to join our team at the earliest opportunity. Our team works hard, moves fast, and has a ton of fun together. You can trust that this is a great job with plenty of work available and an awesome team culture, but you must be reliable and have a strong attention to detail. We have an amazing track record with VAs and are looking for another all-star to join us.
We specifically require someone with experience and willingness to work during US business hours. Here are a few key job responsibilities, though this is not an exhaustive list:
Email management and organization.
Calendar scheduling and appointment coordination.
Data entry and organization.
Conducting internet research.
Providing administrative support for team members.
Handling customer inquiries and support.
Conduct interviews and assess potential candidates
Manage client interactions and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Collaborate with other VAs to ensure smooth operations
This position will start at $6/hour USD.
