Virtual Assistant Needed for GoHigh Level Setup, Data Tracking, and Automation Project

Description:
We are currently seeking a virtual assistant with expert knowledge of GoHigh Level and Google Sheets to assist with a setup project focused on lead tracking, data analysis, and automation. This is a one-time project, not ongoing employment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and be capable of developing strategies to efficiently accomplish tasks.

Responsibilities:

Set up lead tracking systems using GoHigh Level to monitor calls from different website areas, Google Local Services Ads (LSA), and eventually Google Ads.
Establish systems to track recurring customers and referrals.
Calculate the cost of each lead acquired through various channels.
Analyze and track the lifetime value, gross profit, and net profit of each acquired customer.
Collaborate with the employer to develop strategies for optimizing lead tracking and data analysis processes.
Automate data entry processes as much as possible to streamline operations.
Coordinate with an employee responsible for manual data entry and daily reporting to ensure seamless integration with the lead tracking and data analysis sheet.
Requirements:

Expert knowledge of GoHigh Level and Google Sheets.
Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
Experience in setting up lead tracking systems, analyzing customer data, and automating data entry processes.
Ability to develop and implement efficient systems for data tracking, analysis, and automation.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Pay Range: $8-15 per hour, depending on experience.
