Job Description

We are a website and marketing agency that specialises in lead generation and automation. We’re looking for a tech-saavy VA who can help us setup websites and manage marketing for clients. As we onboard new clients, your job will be to get their website setup and ensure all their marketing automations are firing off correctly. The snapshots are already available in our GHL account, and your job will be to update it with the clients relevant information.
We need you to be proficient in the following areas of GHL:
Front Page
– Launchpad: Able to integrate client accounts eg. Google My Business, Facebook, Stripe. And add new team members
– Calendar: Able to integrate client calendar to GHL. Setup Groups and Calendars
– Contacts: Able to import and export contacts, as well as tag them in relevant categories. Able to send email and SMS to specific contacts.
– Opportunities: Able to create and manage pipelines. Able to assign an opportunity value using Custom Values.
– Payments: Able to setup invoice templates, digital signing interactive documents & contracts, payment links, products
– Marketing: Able to connect social accounts and plan out content. Able to setup email campaign templates for one time or automated nurture sequence campaigns. Able to setup trigger links and affiliate campaigns.
– Automation: Able to setup, edit and manage automations. Workflow examples include 1) new lead nurture 2) appointment reminders
– Sites: Able to create onpage SEO optimised and desktop/mobile friendly funnels, websites and blogs. Able to integrate forms, surveys and chat widgets as well as setup redirects when needed. Able to install tracking codes for analytics.
– Media Storage: Able to add image alt tag descriptions and compresses files to right size without causing too much bloat on the site.
– Secret Word: This isn’t a feature in GoHighLevel, but I want to make sure you’re reading this. If yes, include the word “Jungle” in your application.
– Reputation: Able to integrate reviews onto Sites. Able to setup automated review requests that go out to people via email and/or SMS. Able to filter out reviews that are 3 stars or less so they come to the client for feedback first.
Settings Page
– Business Profile: Able to add relevant business details as per the client details
– My Staff: Able to add team members with correct permissions
– Calendar: Able to integrate client calendar to GHL. Setup Groups and Calendars
– Email Services: Able to setup LC Email System using the clients domain provider details.
– Phone Numbers: Able to submit a Regulatory Bundle/Address for Australia clients using their ABN details. Able to add a mobile number for SMS marketing.
– Reputation Management: Able to integrate reviews onto Sites. Able to setup automated review requests that go out to people via email and/or SMS. Able to filter out reviews that are 3 stars or less so they come to the client for feedback first.
– Custom Fields: Able to setup Custom Fields in the correct category when creating forms and surveys. Able to include these Custom Fields in automations eg. internal notifications
– Custom Values: Able to setup custom values for: ABN, Business Name, Business Type, Calendar, Brand Colours, Company Owner, Social Media URLs, Company Email, Company Phone, Lead Value. Able to include these Custom Values in Sites and Automations.
– Domains: Able to add domains using the clients domain provider details and portal.
– Integrations: Able to integrate Google My Business, Google Analytics, Facebook, Facebook Ads, Stripe, Shopify, LinkedIn, Printful
Additional Skills (not necessary, but advantageous)
– Research: Use Google and Social Media to analyse competition to see best practices and use that for the client
– Copywriting: Writing website copy for the home page, about, contact, services pages
– Graphic Design: Use Canva to design banners, images or resize / touch up logos
– Video Editing: Use CapCut to edit short 15 sec – 1 min clips
Currently, the hours per week/month may be low eg. 3-5 hours per week. However, as the business grows we aim to have this increase.
