DESCRIPTION
I am looking for an experienced part/full time virtual assistant (VA) with proven knowledge in Social Media, Project Management, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Content repurposing, Web Editing, & Web Design.
10 hours per week to start with high potential for growth and an increase to full time @ 35-40 hrs/wk.
Social Media (SM) & Video Editing
– Scheduling of daily posts in Instagram (IG )stories, reels, posts, etc.
– Scheduling of posts on Facebook (FB).
– Scheduling of posts twice per week on YouTube (YT).
– Deep knowledge and familiarity with social media usage & social media marketing (hashtags, keywords)
– Create promotions on IG & FB following all guidelines to avoid being restricted.
– Edit video, add music and text, make videos look professional (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe).
– Edit and Repurpose content for various SM platforms.
Project Management
– Calendar & scheduling with speakers and clients (Google Calendar).
– Knowledge of Notion to complete assigned tasks
– Organization of program materials.
– Assistance of new & current clients
– Creating client report files
Graphic Design
– Creation of banners for events and SM (Homework, Streamyard, Transparencies, Events, YT, FB group, IG, etc).
– Creation of Facebook/Instagram posts with templates.
– Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Capcut, (etc.) or similar.
– Designing student workbooks for special events. Content will be given.
– Edition of videos
Website Editing & Design
– Edit my current site with WordPress (Elementor)
– Edit and create ConvertKit forms, landing pages, and newsletters for emails and/or for use on my current website.
– Edit and design new ideas for new pages within the site when needed.
Customer Service
– Interaction with clients
SKILLS REQUIRED
– Excellent communication and writing skills
– Must be a self-starter with great problem-solving skills
– Must be fast and detail-oriented
– Must have previous experience in all tasks mentioned above.
– Able to learn from Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and be able to add SOPs if the opportunity arises
– Must have a positive attitude
