An abridged list of tasks:
– Respond across all channels to inquires related shipping, including ETAs, costs, damage claims, and more
– Respond to incoming consignment requests & trade member requests
– Create custom discount codes for trade members and tag customers in Shopify as trade member
– Generate and send customer invoices and spec sheets upon request
– Save and organize information from consignment vendors & trade members
– Monitor & track consignment vendor payouts and pay outstanding invoices for purchases
– Respond to initial merchandise & location rental requests, generate invoice, schedule, and confirm rental bookings
– Update seasonal location rental pricing on platforms
– Coordinate deliveries & pickups of merchandise rentals
– Organize local deliveries & send delivery schedule to customers
– Organize third party carrier pickups, confirm deliveries, and make payouts
– Keep track of third party carrier fees & incoming procurement fees
– Send pickup reminders to customers
– Keep record of all claim reports and status’, file, track, and confirm damage claims with third party shippers and UPS/USPS
– Solicit feedback and reviews, maintaining 4.8 ratings on Google and Etsy
– Sync contacts to Mailchimp and ensure customers are properly tagged
– Generate weekly blasts for new arrivals and other promotions
– Manage site content, including FAQs, about Us, etc, and create on-brand creative copy
– Routinely check front-end website to ensure all features are properly functioning
– Track costs & expenses for fabrication projects
– Place and track orders for inventory that are drop-ship and Made-to-Order
– Add wholesale tracking information to calendar, track & oversee timelines
– Crop, color-correct and alter photo files in Photoshop as needed
– Upload inventory on Shopify and all other platforms, ensuring uploads adhere to the respective policies of each channel
– Sync inventory stock across platforms after sales, ensuring stock levels are correct on all sales channels
– Pull weekly mailchimp, SMS, Instagram, Pinterest analytics
– Pull monthly shipping reports
– Establish and utilize system for tracking customer feedback and complaints and translate into solution driven data
– Establish and utilize system to monitor new leads and our lead-to-customer conversion rate
– Update SOPs and manuals as needed
