is an AI development company, located in the heart of Switzerland. We are specializes in utilizing GPT-technology to automate & optimize business processes. As of now, we are looking for a virtual assistant to support our CEO on daily to-do list items. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, an eye for details, and is fun to work with.

#Key Facts:
– Position type: Full-time (Mo-Fr, 5 – 8h per day, depending on workload)
– Working time: Monday-Firday 8am till 13am (GMPT+2), the rest is up to you
– Timezone: Central European Summer Time, Time zone in Zurich (GMT+2)
– Compensation: Starting at $550 per month with a review after 12 months
– Daily Reporting: Just a simple bullet-point e-mail at the end of each day is fine
– General communication: in EN via Signal, Email & Google Meet

#General requirements:

#Occasional tasks:
– Manage, adjust, sort & file documents (WORD, PPT, XLS, pictures etc.)
– Fill out forms and send out on my behalf
– Manage online-tools (etc.)
– Researching and buying things online (electronics, gifts, restaurants, hotels, clothes, etc.)
– Plan travels & vacations
– Prepare, post & manage ads (Jobs & Real Estate)
– Screen & pre-select applicants (Jobs & Real Estate)

– Check e-mails and reply to all e-mails that you can
– Remind me of and support me with important events & tasks (birthdays, travel planning,

#Weekly tasks
– Weekly check-in & briefing on appointments, tasks, events etc.
– Conduct weekly grocery shopping (online)
– Prepare online payments in an CSV/G-Sheet document
– Prepare, schedule and manage LinkedIn postings

#Quarterly tasks:
– Name & file all receipts and vouchers according to payment date
– Prepare xls overview of expenses
