About the Role:
I am looking for a highly dedicated and organized Virtual Assistant to support both my e-commerce business and personal life, embodying my belief in 360° Life Support. This role demands a candidate who thrives in blending the boundaries between professional tasks and personal life management, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency. Proficiency in Notion is crucial, as it is my central hub for managing all tasks and information. The role is more than just execution; it’s about bringing creativity and proactive problem-solving to the table, helping to optimize and enhance daily operations.
Ideal Candidate:
Availability: Must be able to work during 8-10 am UK time for effective communication, especially suited for those in the Philippines or similar time zones.
Skills and Experience:
Demonstrable experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, with a portfolio or video showcasing direct experience with Notion and evidence of managing both work and personal life tasks within the platform.
A process-driven individual with proven track records in project management and personal assistance, capable of delivering comprehensive life support.
SEO knowledge is a significant plus, illustrating an ability to assist with digital marketing tasks.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills are non-negotiable.
Must exhibit a high level of independence, initiative, and a proactive approach to collaboration. Candidates should be eager to propose ideas, learn from day-to-day operations, and actively seek ways to bring improvements.
Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism is paramount.
Responsibilities:
Information Management: Efficiently organize and manage all information within Notion, ensuring everything is clear and accessible. This includes both professional tasks and personal life admin.
Communication: Provide clear, concise weekly summaries and updates, with the potential to scale to daily communication, ensuring priorities are understood and tasks are executed efficiently.
SEO and General Support: Assist with SEO-related tasks as needed and handle general life admin tasks, including scheduling and email management.
Proactivity and Collaboration: Actively engage in the role, coming forward with ideas and strategies to optimize and improve daily operations. This is a collaborative partnership, not a passive support role.
