Job Description

Background information:
We are a growing accounting firm providing services ranging from bookkeeping to CFO advisory services and everything in between. Our clients span the United States and a variety of industries including construction, wholesaling, retail, logistics, transportation, real estate, hospitality, interior design, landscaping, diesel repair and marketing agencies.

As part of our growth, we are seeking a candidate with an interest in small business who is customer-service oriented, organized, and capable of managing a variety of tasks.

If you join our team, you can expect lots of variety and learning. You’ll learn a lot about the professional services industry as well as the industries of our clients. You will be responsible for answering the phone, scheduling meetings, sending informational requests via email, calling vendors, etc. As time allows, you will be trained in on some more basic accounting functions like bill pay.

– Able to think independently and propose solutions and ideas
Required:
– Must possess excellent english speaking skills
– Excellent english writing skills are required
– Confident telephone communication skills

Preferred:
– Familiar with G Suite products
– Experience with Click Up
– Experience in the professional services and construction industries would be great
– Social media experience

Responsibilities:
– Answering the phone to field incoming questions
– Reviewing and responding to text message and email correspondence with clients
– Working with our team on technical items to get answers to client questions
– Scheduling of meetings
– Sending, responding to and managing email communications with clients
– Placing calls to vendors and clients for informational items
– Coordinating team collaboration in ClickUp
– Document systems and processes
– Identify opportunities for our clients to automate, outsource, or delegate
– Post on social media accounts
