Job Description

We are looking for a versatile and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our growing business needs. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various areas including social media management, graphic design, Google applications, online store management, email marketing, and calendar organization. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in executing tasks efficiently and effectively to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X
• Source and edit videos as per requirements.
• Develop and maintain a video posting schedule.
• Coordinate live posting schedules for optimal engagement.
• Plan and schedule regular posts across social media platforms.
• Graphic Design:
• Create captivating graphics using tools like Canva.
• Organize and manage graphic assets using Google Drive.
• Google/ SEO Applications:
• Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
• Manage and update Google Sheets and Google Docs as needed.
• Handle email communication and manage listings effectively.
• Online Store Management:
• Oversee product listings and inventory on Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and WooCommerce platforms.
• Ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
• Monitor sales and customer feedback to make informed decisions.
• Email Marketing:
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers.
• Manage email lists and segment them for targeted communication.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Data Organization:
• Utilize OneDrive, Google Drive, and Excel for efficient data management.
• Maintain organized calendars and schedules to manage tasks effectively.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in social media management, graphic design, and online store management.
• Proficiency in using Canva and Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and strategies.
• Experience with managing online stores on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and WooCommerce.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices and tools.
• Ability to organize and manage data using OneDrive, Google Drive, and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Certification in digital marketing or relevant areas.
• Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
