Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a creative and self-motivated Online Sales & Marketing Executive with a flair in all things social media – from ideation, conceptualization, and production. You are up-to-date on the current trends on social media, outgoing, unafraid to think outside the box, and able to create quality content quickly and frequently. You will be focusing on The Bold Stories.
The applicant should be well versed online marketplaces like Zalora & Shopee with experience in planning merchandise, uploading products & pricing, marketing and achieving sales targets. In addition to marketplace the applicant should be able to manage own website which is on Shopify platform.
As an Online Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be doing the storytelling for our e-commerce store and upcoming retail store.

The Bold Stories is a multi-brand travel store focusing on backpacks and luggage from established brands such as National Geographic, Lego, Caterpillar, DKNY etc. We are the exclusive distributor of these brands and have our own house brand – The Bold Co.
The Bold Co. is a lifestyle company that designs multifunctional bags for our fast-paced lifestyle. We were born out of Kickstarter back in 2017 after successfully launching our first campaign where we raised more than $60,000 in 30 days. Since then, we’ve crowdfunded more than $150,000 and gone international – retailing in 6 different countries and shipping to more than 25 different ones.
As one of the few product companies in Singapore, our company’s culture is centered around being bold and wanting more out of life. This makes us create and do things that result in many opportunities for growth – professionally and personally.
What will you be doing?
You will be focusing on marketing for The Bold Stories.
• Develop and curate monthly social media marketing calendars
• Conceptualize and create marketing collaterals; including photography and short videos, for social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc.
• Propose creative campaigns for launches and festive seasons
• Execute influencer marketing and foster friendly relationships with bloggers/influencers
• Maintain and refine our website and marketplaces based on analytics
• Prepare analytic reports to evaluate the success of campaigns
• Execute paid media efforts to promote website and marketplaces
A successful candidate is someone who has/is…
– Creative and capable of developing and executing marketing campaigns
– Experience in basic design artwork such as website banners and social media posts
– Scrolls Tiktok and Instagram for leisure on a daily basis
– Extroverted personality who is ok with appearing in video content
– Ability to keep up and create TikTok video content
– Familiar and comfortable with copywriting
– Familiar with paid ads on marketplaces like Shopee, Zalora and Facebook
– Competent in social media analytics and report generation
– Pays meticulous attention to details
– A hardworking, creative, self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
– Must thrive on challenging dynamic environment and be able to make things happen
– **start-up ready – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude who’s not afraid to work independently when required
