Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Assist the E-Commerce Manager with daily administrative tasks.
Organize and maintain digital files and documents.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
E-Commerce Management:
Monitor and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms.
Assist in managing inventory and stock levels.
Track and analyze sales data and prepare reports.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Content Creation:
Assist in creating and editing content for product descriptions, blog posts, and social media.
Prepare and update presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Design and edit images and graphics for online use.
Data Management:
Maintain and update customer databases.
Generate and analyze sales and performance reports using Microsoft Excel.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Communication:
Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries.
Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotions and campaigns.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.).
Experience:
Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
Experience in e-commerce or retail is a plus.
