At Moxie Partners, Inc. (), we empower nurse entrepreneurs in the USA to build and scale their own successful, independent MedSpa clinics. With the industry’s rapid growth, MedSpas have become a means for many women to venture into business ownership. However, the challenge of effectively promoting and managing their businesses can be a daunting task. That’s where Moxie, and this role, in particular, steps in.
Many of our nurse entrepreneurs are new to the realm of business. The idea of keeping track of key stats and analyzing data can be very overwhelming. Our Business Reports Assistant role aims to take this off their plate, fostering an environment where our clients can focus on their core strength – delivering exceptional patient care.
In this role, you will primarily collaborate with our internal team, executing the following responsibilities:
Update Moxie’s “Provider Revenue Tracker” weekly, using a combination of Metabase and Google Sheets
-Regular Slack communication to the entire company on:
-How Moxie providers are pacing towards goals
-How the latest Product releases are pacing towards goals
-Update Monthly Business Report (MBR) slide decks for every Moxie Provider; these include key sales & appointment numbers, marketing data, goal pacing, and review data
-Communicate the status of MBRs to our Provider Success Managers
-Working closely with peers who will “check” MBR numbers
-Escalate complex inquiries to your manager
We’re looking for candidates who:
-Have experience working with data and compiling business reports
-Experience working with at least one of Excel (with knowledge of Vlookup and Lookup) or Metabase
-Are willing to work US hours (ranging from EST to PST).
-Boast strong written and verbal English skills.
-Exhibit high attention to detail and reliability.
-Can execute tasks efficiently and effectively.
Additional requirements:
-Reliable internet connection (>10mbps).
-Quiet working environment.
-Proficiency in English.

The hiring process will go as follows:

3. You’ll do an exercise ( 1-1.5 hours)
4. 20-minute final interview
5. One week training period (paid)
6. Join full-time
