We are in search of a Remote Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to play an important role in our cleaning services company, ensuring operational efficiency and outstanding customer service from the comfort of your home. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, adept at multitasking, and committed to excellence in customer support. This fully remote position is perfect for someone who excels in a virtual setting and is looking for the flexibility that comes with working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily:
• Oversee the initiation of cleaning operations remotely, addressing any deviations from the standard procedure.
• Confirm that payment information for all scheduled cleans is on file, reaching out to customers as needed.
• Respond quickly to inquiries through Yelp and Facebook, aiming for a response time of under 10 minutes.
• Make outbound sales calls to potential leads and answer inbound calls regarding bookings, logistics, and customer service.
• Conduct pre and post-clean calls to new customers to ensure their needs are met and questions answered.
• Manage and prioritize emails in the company owner’s inbox, responding to straightforward inquiries directly.
Weekly:
• Prepare payroll and franchisee payments spreadsheet using our CRM and payroll software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Update customer records with accurate property details using resources like Zillow and Google.
Monthly:
• Assist in reconciling transactions in QuickBooks and downloading and emailing financial reports for each location.
• Conduct welcome and verification calls to new users of the TidyTask Team app.
• Perform various spreadsheet-related tasks and data management as required.
Position Requirements:
• Proven track record in customer service, administrative roles, or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in CRM systems, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and the ability to accept phone calls during work hours.
• This is a completely remote position; however, candidates must be available to work from 8 AM to 5 PM Mountain Time.
