JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced virtual assistant to manage our internal systems and ensure the projects are being completed timely.

Main Responsibilities:

– Learning and Understanding the in’s and out’s of the our systems including but not limited to Karbon, Smartvault, Google Drive, Quickbooks Online, and Xero.

– Create Standard Operating Procedures for various tasks

– Take notes from videos and follow up with tasks for team members

– Clearing owners inbox for unimportant emails and bringing attention to important emails each day

– Moving and managing file storage in Smartvault

– Schedule meetings for the team and review with them any missing data they need

– Set up access to various accounts for team and clients

– Research software fixes when errors occur

– Compile basic client draft emails and create draft email templates

– Printing and Downloading necessary reports

PAY
Based on ability and experience, ranging from $1040 – $1400 per month, for this full-time role.

BENEFITS
-13th-Month Pay
-11 holidays (PTO)
-Additional week off during the year (eligible after 90 days)

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
– Honest
– Reliable
– Confidentiality
– Fluent in English
– 3+ years of recent VA experience in a US public accounting firm.

Preferred (Nice to Have):
• Software Experience- Karbon, Loom, Smartvault, CCH Axcess, Docusign, Google Drive, Quickbooks Online and Xero.

CONDITIONAL DETAILS

*REQUIRED – Internet: Fast, stable connection

Work Environment: Be able to work privately (you’re accessing confidential financial information) during work hours.

WORKING HOURS
Full time position – At least 5 hours of overlap with Eastern Time Zone (7am – 12pm EST)
