Role:

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Virtual Assistant to work closely with our CEO, helping him manage the day-to-day operations of the business school. The successful candidate will have strong English skills, proficiency in technical tasks using Go High Level Software, and be capable of interacting with existing students while aiding in the onboarding of new students. This role will also involve coordinating events and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Assist the CEO: Support the CEO in managing daily operations of the business school, including scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks.

2) Student Interaction: Engage with current and prospective students, answer queries, provide necessary assistance, and maintain strong relationships.

3) Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new students, ensuring they have access to all necessary materials and are familiar with our platforms and systems.

4) Events and Marketing Campaigns: Help organize and implement marketing campaigns and events, including logistical planning, communication, and follow-ups.

5) Technical Tasks: Perform technical tasks using Go High Level Software, managing our CRM, ensuring data integrity, and overseeing student records.

Key Requirements:

1) Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant role in administration, operations, or customer service.
2) Strong command of English both in verbal and written communication.
3) Proficiency in Go High Level Software and other standard office management software.
4) Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5) Experience in coordinating events and managing marketing campaigns.
6) Strong interpersonal skills, with a knack for creating a positive student experience.
7) Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems.
8) Available to work AEST time zone (Sydney)

Preferred Qualifications:

1) Previous experience in a similar role within an educational institution or marketing agency.
2) Understanding of the digital marketing landscape and agency operations.
