Job Description

Hello!! I’m hiring a part time admin virtual assistant to work on administrative tasks and create systems for the business. “Perfect” English Wanted. Work for a company that provides a meaningful service and products. Appreciation of photography and the visual arts is a plus. Potential for a long term position.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LInkedIn and Pinterest
Ability to use project management tools like Trello and Asana
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite)
Ability to use simple photo editing software is a plus
Ability to use Canva, Squarespace is a plus
An eye for design is a plus

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Document admin procedures & then follow those procedures when needed
General admin tasks
Create content for blog and social media and post them
Update website and various other website tasks
Organize various documents, photographs, screenshots
Prepare photographs for use as content, online portfolios
10-20 hours per week

ABOUT COMPENSATION:

Pay weekly
We pay bonuses for great work
We give pay increases based on performance
