We are looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate should have experience in various roles including data entry, project management, research, appointment scheduling, personal assistance, and Quickbooks. In addition, we are looking for someone who has an interest and/or knowledge in Blogger, Social Media Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing, and Digital Marketing for future projects.
Responsibilities:
•Daily task management, including data entry, research, appointment scheduling, email management, and personal assistance.
•Project management using Trello, including team communication, progress tracking, and problem-solving.
•Quickbooks account management and other financial tasks.
•Conducting research to help the team make informed decisions.
•Scheduling and confirming appointments using Time to Pet.
•Creating and managing content for the company’s social media platforms.
•Writing and editing articles for the company’s blog
•Managing spreadsheets and documents using Google Sheets and Google Drive.
•Other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
•Proven experience in virtual assistant, project management, or similar administrative roles.
•Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Quickbooks and other financial tools.
•Basic knowledge of Blogger, Social Media Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing, and Digital Marketing, or willingness to learn more about these areas.
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
•Excellent attention to detail.
•Proficiency in software such as Trello, Time to Pet, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Hubstaff, and Lastpass.

•Time to Pet: appointment scheduling software for pet service companies
•Google Sheets: online spreadsheet tool
•Google Docs: online word processing tool
•Google Drive: cloud-based storage and file-sharing service
•Hubstaff: time tracking and team management software
•LastPass: secure and centralized password and login data manager
