Brief Description of Job:

I am looking for a Virtual Assistant to be my right-hand person to help me manage my calendar (keep me on task), and day-to-day details, and to work on some of the tasks for a few of my projects. You’ll be the person that makes sure things get done. The ideal person is great with follow-up, detail-oriented, and can learn quickly.
Here’s what a few typical tasks would look like:

Managing my calendar and keeping me accountable for following through on tasks. This means ensuring that my calendar is up to date & also working with me on prioritizing tasks and scheduling them out.

Taking over and working on some of the tasks. These can include data entry and online research. (Tools and prompts will be provided)

Inbound & Outbound communications. You’ll help me manage my income messages. After we get to know each other, you’ll send messages on my behalf.

Basic content asset creation. You may be tasked with creating certain assets for projects I may be working on. This could include tidying up existing content, creating new content (training and tools provided), and/or scheduling content.

Since my role varies per project, the ideal person for the role is also flexible and understands that each day may be different.

This role is part-time to start with, but there is an opportunity for this to turn into a full-time role.

You’ll be directly reporting to me, Adam Berguem.

Preferred Qualifications

Must-Have:

Fluent English reading skills
Expert English writing skills
Gmail Suite (Calendar, Gmail) Skills
Expert organizational skills
Availability during central time business hours
Tech Savvy – Able to learn new technologies quickly
Data Entry skills (excel, google sheets)

Nice to Have:
Familiarity with marketing/content creation
Familiarity with project management tools
Familiarity with other online tools

Compensation:

$55-$60 USD Weekly depending on experience.
Monday – Friday: 12-15 hours varying per week.
