As a Virtual Assistant – Personal Injury Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of personal injury leads. From the initial contact to the resolution of each case, your role will be crucial in providing excellent customer service, organizing information, and facilitating communication between leads and our internal team.
Lead Intake
Receive and assess incoming personal injury leads.
Gather relevant information.
Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of lead details.
Input data into lead CRM
Communication:
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the lead management process.
Provide timely and professional communication to address client inquiries and concerns.
Keep clients informed about the progress of their cases.
Collaboration with the Internal Neurology Team:
Work closely with our team to gather necessary information for each case evaluation.
Coordinate appointments, consultations, and necessary follow-ups.
Keep the internal team informed about the progress of each case.
Case Management:
Track and manage the progress of each personal injury lead to ensure it’s progressing forward.
Ensure that all documentation and information are up-to-date.
Document in our internal software all case details.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Generate regular reports on lead status.
Requirements:
Experience:
Proven experience in managing personal injury leads or similar roles a plus but not required.
Proven experience in project management.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required.
The ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner in English is required.
Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Technology Proficiency:
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel software and other relevant Microsoft tools.
