Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts, primarily focusing on cold calling, appointment setting, and executing various tasks related to acquisitions and dispositions. You will work closely with our team in the Eastern Time Zone to support our business operations and achieve our sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct cold calls to potential clients and prospects to generate leads and opportunities.
2. Schedule appointments and follow-ups with leads, and clients using provided scripts and guidelines.
3. Assist in marketing and sales campaigns, including SMS marketing, email outreach, social media management, and content creation.
4. Support acquisitions and dispositions processes, including data entry, research, and documentation.
5. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system.
6. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement new strategies for business growth.
7. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
8. Adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively to meet deadlines and objectives.
9. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
10. Demonstrate professionalism, warmth, and politeness in all interactions.
Requirements:
1. Fluent English language skills with clear pronunciation and excellent comprehension.
2. Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales-related roles is preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and pleasant demeanor.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
5. Proficiency in using technology and software tools, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
6. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Flexibility to work during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
8. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
9. Must be a people’s person with the ability to build rapport quickly.
