Virtual Assistant – Phone Setter

We specialize in providing cutting-edge marketing solutions, and we’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Phone Setter with Go-High Level experience to join our team. We represent dog trainer’s who are in need of someone to manage their paid leads. In this position, you will reach out to dog training leads via phone, text, and email to build rapport and schedule in-person evaluations with a dog trainer. This is currently a part time position at 20 hours a week with the opportunity to turn into a full time position. Pay is $3/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
> Speaking on the Phone: Engage with potential clients over the phone in a professional and friendly manner and conduct outbound calls to generate leads and opportunities
> Communication Skills:
Communicate effectively with clients and team members, through text and email through clear and concise messages to convey information and maintain positive relationships
> Organizational Skills: Manage and organize leads, contacts, and communication in a systematic manner and coordinate schedules and appointments efficiently
> Proficient in English: Demonstrate excellent writing and reading skills in English and ensure accurate and effective communication in written form.
> CRM and Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools for lead tracking, client information, and pipeline management along with updating and maintaining the CRM system regularly.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in digital marketing
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in using CRM tools and pipeline management systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
