Job Description

We are a leading VA placement agency specializing in providing top-notch virtual assistants to various industries in the United States. We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant who is passionate about podcast editing, content creation, social media management, and digital marketing to join our team assist our client whose business revolves around holistic wellness, with a specific focus on detoxification, healthy living, and optimizing overall well-being

This is a part-time position, with the potential for full-time employment after 90 days. Flexible daytime hours in the Philippine Time zone.

Responsibilities include the following:

1. Editing Podcast Content:
• Edit video podcasts using Riverside, ensuring grammatical correctness in subtitles, summary notes, chapters, and show details.
• Ensure accuracy in linking references, guests, discussed studies, and other relevant information within the podcast content.
• Collaborate with the podcast team to maintain a consistent quality and style across all episodes.

2. Social Media Reel Creation:
• Create 3-4 short video reels from each podcast episode for distribution on social media platforms using or similar software.
• Optimize video reels for engagement and shareability, adhering to brand guidelines.

3. Platform Management:
• Upload edited podcast episodes to Riverside including Instagram, YouTube, and Spotify.
• Monitor and track performance metrics of podcast episodes on various platforms.

4. GoHighLevel:
• Utilize scheduling and calendar features of GoHighLevel, and assist in managing schedules and implementing mass marketing strategies.
• Assist in creating email newsletters.

5. Practice-Better Medical CRM:
• Assist in managing client relationships and implementing CRM strategies as needed.

Qualifications:
• Proficient in podcast editing software such as Riverside.
• Experience with video editing tools like or similar.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation strategies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel and Practice-Better Medical CRM is a plus.
