We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Podcast Researcher and Virtual Assistant to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to gather contact information for a curated list of podcasts and provide general virtual assistance to support our operations. This role is crucial in helping us connect with podcast hosts for potential collaborations and guest appearances, as well as ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Podcast Researcher:
– Research and identify the best contact emails for each podcast on our provided list.
– Locate and compile any available contact forms for the podcasts.
– Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information collected.
– Maintain and update the contact information database as needed.
– Report progress regularly to the team lead.
Virtual Assistant:
– Seeking a backup assistant for our Executive Assistant to help with overflow tasks such as research, data entry, appointment scheduling, etc.
– Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team’s efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
– Strong research skills and the ability to find accurate information quickly.
– Excellent attention to detail.
– Proficiency in using search engines and online tools.
– Good communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Basic knowledge of spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
– Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role is a plus.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
