PodProMax is a dynamic company in the podcast marketing industry, specializing in helping podcasters grow their shows and reach new audiences. We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team. This position offers flexible hours, the opportunity to work remotely, and a chance to contribute to the growth of our clients’ podcasts and media appearances.

Responsibilities

1. Client Outreach:
– Pitch a designated number of potential clients using our database.
– Pitch our company’s founder as a guest for podcast appearances to discuss SONW (School’s Over..Now What Podcast) and PodProMax.

2. Lead Generation:
– Identify and compile potential leads for PodProMax.
– Create a separate document with relevant information, including Instagram links and email addresses from our database.

3. Client Management:
– Ensure no double-pitching of multiple clients to the same podcast host.
– Upon confirmation of podcast interview dates, send reminder emails to clients containing podcast host information, social media links, and interview times.

4. Reporting:
– Provide weekly reports on targeted shows.
– Compile a weekly report on shows that require follow-up.
– Maintain a record of booked shows on a weekly basis.
– Identify shows that have been booked and could be retargeted with new clients.
– Create a monthly PDF document of results to share with clients by the end of each month. This document should include metrics such as social media growth from campaigns, media opportunities, and any new affiliate partnerships.

5. Scheduling:
– Coordinate podcast interview dates with clients once dates are confirmed.
– Share client email addresses for calendar invitations and copy .

6. Goal Setting:
– Collaborate with the team to set weekly goals for the amount of outreach to shows.
– Set weekly goals for the number of booked shows.

Requirements:

– Strong computer skills, including proficiency in creating PDFs and spreadsheets.
– Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
– Tech-savvy and comfortable using various online tools and platforms.
– A stable and reliable internet connection.
– Willingness to meet with the team once a week and communicate daily as needed via email.
– Highly organized and detail-oriented.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
