**PRODUCT RESEARCHER**

No prior Amazon experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure the selected candidate acquires the essential competencies for effective role performance. A full 2-day FREE training program will be offered during this period. You will be paid for these 2 days. During your training, you’ll have the chance to ask questions and engage in one-on-one sessions every day. No need to worry about being the best right from the start! This role is designed for you to learn and develop over time.

**Role Overview:**
The Product Researcher holds a pivotal position within the Amazon e-commerce ecosystem, where the quality of work significantly impacts the success of the organization. The primary responsibility is to identify products from online supplier websites that have potential for successful sales on Amazon. This involves considering various criteria, such as profit margins, sales rank, and return on investment.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**
The role encompasses a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

– Creating a Daily Product Sourcing Plan/Strategy.
– Searching, analyzing, and evaluating online suppliers and their product categories in alignment with profit and sales targets, as well as budget constraints.
– Considering multiple criteria for product selection, including competitor data, sales data, market trends, consumer behavior, associated risks, and the overall business environment.
– Formulating a product mix strategy, accounting for stock levels during peak seasons, special events, and supplier lead time.
– Analyzing the profit performance of products and assessing profitability trends and pricing strategy using tools like Keepa and SellerAMP SAS.
– Monitoring and analyzing trends in product consumption.
– Undertaking other tasks supportive of business operations.

**Requirements/Competencies:**
The ideal candidate should possess the following:

– Research Skills, particularly in online search.
– Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, including Data Analytics.
– Planning Skills and Time Management.
– Technology Skills, encompassing Google Suite, MS Excel, and Social Media platforms (e.g., Slack, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Skype, Zoom).
– Strong Communication Skills, fluency in English (spoken and written).

– Collaboration and Interpersonal Skills.
– Keen attention to details.
– Results-driven mindset.
– Willingness to perform various functions.
