Virtual Assistant – Product Team (e-commerce)

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for the e-commerce realm? Our rapidly expanding e-commerce team seeks an analytical and resourceful VA to fortify our Product Team. This role is pivotal in driving our brand’s growth by identifying, developing, and managing products tailored for the competitive USA marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
– Product Research: Conduct research to identify, qualify potential products suitable for the e-commerce USA market.
– Product Development: Transform ideas into tangible products, optimizing for customer appeal and profitability.
– Product Consultation: Offer insights and recommendations to the team based on market trends and analytics.
– Listing Maintenance: Create, update of product listings on e-commerce platform, guaranteeing compliance and maximization of visibility.
– Logistics Management: Create and oversee shipping plans to ensure seamless integration into the market.
– Procurement Oversight: Streamline the process from procuring products from suppliers to delivery to fulfilment center, ensuring cost efficiency.
– Supplier Communications: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
– QC and Delivery Coordination: Work closely with preppers for inspection, quality control, and delivery ensuring product integrity.

Qualifications:
: Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
: Ability to multitask and handle various projects concurrently.
: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
