– Assist me in the use of Google Workspace to develop my projects and ideas in a simple and structured way.
-Objective tracking.
Additional Duties:
-Drafting documents, emails and messages.
-Financial tracking and reporting.
-Booking travel and accommodations
-Information retrieval.
The better you do your job, the more organized I am so the less you have to work for the same or more money 😉

About me:
My name is Juan Carlos. I am a a 29 year old professional athlete and entrepreneur from Mexico. I would describe myself as a high-energy person with a lot of interests. Organization and conceptual clarity of my schedule and efforts have been key to my success over the years. I genuinely believe that simple and clear routines are what gives genius its space to flow.
Since I have a lot of interests it is sometimes easy for me to get distracted and not pursue some of my projects and ideas to the depth that I would like to. Sometimes I get overrun by meaningless everyday tasks that I could have done in 10 minutes and that should require no stressing over.
I am a big fan of automatization but I am not very proficient in my use of technology. This is where you come in!
I just started using Google Calendar and I am enjoying it since I find it “user friendly”. I would like to learn to maximize my use of digital platforms to develop my projects and ideas in an organized manner. I am open to any suggestions.
I have a (secondary) goal to launch my second company in the next six to eight months. It will be a digital services company involving multiple experienced VAs . The role you are applying for may lead into a bigger position if our personal work proves to be valuable and our visions align.
