Virtual Assistant / Project Management

We seek a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Virtual Assistant with Marketing Project Management experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a strong internet connection, and be willing to work our hours in Denver, Colorado. The successful candidate will work closely with the owner to ensure all marketing projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

-Manage marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met, and projects are delivered to a high standard.
-Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
-Work closely with the owner to communicate project progress and ensure the project meets the client’s needs.
-Conduct research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and recommendations.
-Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
-Collaborate with the PH team to ensure all project tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
-Attend meetings with clients on and off-camera to present ideas, discuss progress, and ensure the project is on track.
-Use project management tools and software to track progress, manage resources, and communicate with team members.
Requirements:
-Manage the owners tasks and client communications

-Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing project management.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
-Experience managing projects using project management tools and software.
-Ability to pivot quickly and remain organized.
-Comfortable being on-camera during client meetings.
-Ability to work our hours in Denver, Colorado.
-Strong internet connection and communication skills are required.
-Marketing experience is a huge plus.
