– Researching – Events to go to, Lead Lists, Directory sites, Affiliate Marketing sites, freelance sites.
– Lead Gen
– Run cold email campaigns
– Do cold social DM’ing
– Replying in freelance websites for job opportunities
– Learn to manage Facebook ads (go through a course with the founder).
– Reach out to clients when they don’t respond to automation about failed payments (this happens maybe once a month)
– Watch case study interview videos and put together a ticket to have our team create a new case study page on the website.
– Manage founders email inbox
– Manage founders tickets that are in his name.
– Check stripe for failed payment
– Monitor cancelations
– Manage social media accounts
– Help research AI tools that can help us
– Help create SOP’s
We are looking for someone that is detail-oriented, adaptive, forward-thinking, collaborative, and communicative with experience in Direct Response Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out internal and external company tasks and projects.
(Salary: $1,000 -2,000 USD per month)

Your Impact:
You’ll be working with Jeremy Kenerson, the Founder of DeskTeam360, their customers, and our team of designers and developers.
Your impact will be seen in DeskTeam360 customers using us more, the administrative upkeep of our processes, systems, and customer base, the growth of the company, and the positive impact DeskTeam360 has in the Filipino and Indonesian communities.
In other words, your actions in this role will have a direct impact on the direction and growth of the company and the lives of our team members.
Responsibilities:
– Work with Jeremy on short- and long-term strategies and turn ideas into functional plans.
– Help accomplish all operating functions of the business, including but not limited to tasks such as assisting customers organize their ideas and their projects and review work from the team before sending it to the customer.
– Manage and hold the team accountable for fulfilling commitments and delegate specific tasks as needed.
– Embody and demonstrate project management and continuous improvement skills.
– Ensure that a high level of effective communication exists throughout the company.
– Be responsive to Slack messages from Jeremy and others interfacing with the company.
– Proactively look for ways to ensure Jeremy’s time is spent focusing on leveraging his strengths by actively removing work from his plate.
Qualifications:
– Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive.
– Strong communication skills (English – spoken & written).
– High relationship-building ability.
– Tech savvy and a fast learner who can quickly learn new business solutions such as Google Workspace, Elementor for WordPress, WonderShare Filmora, Clickup, Keap/Infusionsoft, ClickFunnels, Zapier, and others.
– Related experience working in a supportive role for an executive leader is preferred.
– College diploma preferred.
– Starting March 2024.
– Work 40-hour weeks | Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm US-Arizona Time.
– Comfortable working remotely.
