Hello!

We are a real estate development company based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. We are now hiring for a full-time employee (available Monday to Friday between 8:30am-4:30pm CST) to help with the growth of our company!

The successful candidate should enjoy performing tasks, as well as have skills, in these 5 key areas:

(1) Property Management
(2) Customer Service
(3) Admin Support

Note – these qualities are MORE important to us than your experience (but experience definitely helps!)

Here is what your duties would look like on a day-to-day basis:

(1) Follow up on tenants with arrears.
(2) Produce and issue notices of breach as well as Investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations.
(3) Schedule routine inspections and provide advisory of inspection plan
(4) Receive repair and maintenance requests
(5) Liaise or make follow ups with tradespeople or vendors
(6) Identify tenants nearing end of lease, Produce and issue lease renewals
(7) Reporting the financial status, occupancy and expiring leases of the Properties to the Leasing Manager and/or Property Owner.
(8) Arranging contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security and other ongoing services and managing disputes with these service providers where appropriate.
(9) Promptly responding to emails, text and chat messages as well as phone calls via Open Phone.
(10) , Ensure communications are all responded on a timely manner and daily coordination of completed tasks with the property manager.

Here is what we are looking for in terms of your workspace and computer requirements:

(1) A reliable internet connection with 10mbps or higher speed
(2) Reliable and newer computer that has both a webcam (for team meetings via Zoom) as well as latest Microsoft Office installed (Apple laptop preferred so that you can type your text messages)
(3) Quiet workspace (when making phone calls)
(4) Smartphone (iPhone is preferred for group iMessage texting)

Here is what we can offer you in exchange for your services:

(1) Starting wage of $4.50 to $5.50 USD/Hour (depending on experience) per month, which is paid on the 5th and 20th of each month
(2) Performance based bonuses
