Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects by providing quality assurance, project management support, and proofreading services.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct quality assurance checks on design and development projects to ensure they meet our high standards of excellence.
– Assist with project management tasks such as scheduling, task assignment, and progress tracking.
– Proofread content and documents to ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging.
– Provide general administrative support as needed to support the team.
Requirements:
– Availability from (EST) 7 AM – 3 PM or 3 PM – 11 PM (requirement is flexible).
– Completion of the IQ test from .
– Ability to commit to 8 hours per day.
– Proficiency in English at a C2 level or equivalent.
– Strong software skills, particularly in project management tools. Bonus Figma, and Webflow.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the web design and development industry.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote team environment.
– A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
