Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our online coaching business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, allowing the coach to concentrate on high-impact, revenue-generating activities. Additionally, the VA will play a crucial role in growing and managing our social media presence.
NON NEGOTIABLES
STRONG INTERNET– Missing meetings and failure to complete tasks due to the internet will not be acceptable.
CLOCKING IN AND CLOCKING OUT– Working regular U.S. hours is a must.
TREAT THIS LIKE ANY NORMAL JOB YOU GO TO IN PERSON– My last VAs worked very loosley thinking they can just clock in anytime they want or not showing up to meetings.
FOLLOW DIRECTIONS– I don’t expect you to know how to do everything right off the bat, but if you can’t handle direction or ask questions then no.
COMMUNICATION– Regular updates and keeping me in the loop with tasks. If you’re going to be late or can’t make a meeting let me know in advance.
HONESTY– My last VA was lying about hours and tasks. 1 lie and you’re fired. Just be honest. I’m very understanding, but I cannot stand liars.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage and organize the coach’s calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Handle email correspondence, responding to inquiries, and managing client communication.
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and file organization.
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement a social media strategy to enhance our online presence and brand awareness.
Create engaging and shareable content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and engagement opportunities.
Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and facilitate online community building.
Content Creation:
Assist in the creation of written and visual content for blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
Collaborate with the coach to develop content that aligns with the brand and resonates with the target audience.
Research and Analytics:
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
Track and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports on performance and suggesting improvements.
Qualifications:
Experience working in Go High Level
Entry Level Graphic Design Experience
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and a track record of successful social media management.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Proficient in basic office software and social media management tools.
