Job Description

I’m looking for a Part time Real Estate Assistant (15-20 hours with potential to move to full time later) to help work the hours that my other assistant cannot work. Hours will be within 9am to 7pm Winnipeg time mon-fri with some flexibility.

Candidates must be organized and have prior experience with Documents, Spreadsheets, Sending Emails and assistant work. If you have worked with real estate that’s even better. You will be doing a variety of tasks, and I every time we’re doing something new and a tutorial can’t be found, I will show you via recorded screenshare and you can build out a process/checklist.

Knowledge of Notion, FUB (or similar CRM), Facebook/IG/Linked-in would be assets. I am willing to teach you whatever you don’t know or need help with, but I am looking for someone who can figure a lot out on their own, as well.

Your Top Tasks (in no particular order):
* Answer emails to real estate leads on my behalf
* Uploading, editing, maintaining listings on , facebook, kijiji
* Schedule and log appointments on my calendar
* Keeping the back end organized (in Notion)
* Manage customer queries and respond to them with the relevant pre-set template.
* Client follow-up.
* Create presentation and property marketing materials.
* Manage appointments, schedule and send reminders.
* Gathering property listings to send to clients
* Texting
* Inputting new clients into my database
* Website updating/management
* Very basic social media, such as adding friends (I have a social media manager for complex stuff)
* Co-ordinating with the graphics manager, social media manager, and others on the team
* Some calling, information gathering
* Some (very basic) graphics
* Other assistant work

Job Requirements:
* Soft-spoken and good customer management skills
* Well-versed with spreadsheets, documents and emails
* Willing to during hours listed above.
* Able to improve processes, where applicable
* Self-learner is good! I’ll always help, but if you can handle complex tasks given adequate resources that’s a plus
* Have smart phone and laptop with good internet connection
* Prior experience in a similar role in the real estate industry is a plus

Pay:
-You will start at lower pay initially (amount listed on job post), but will immediately have the opportunity to get bonuses for every deal that closes.
-A deal usually closes once every two weeks at the least.
-You will be paid based on hours worked.
-You will get incremental raises over time based on your growth.

Quick About me:
I’m in my third year of real estate – for the first 18 months I was on a team, and then I left and decided to start my own team. I’m investing heavily in my business and am seeing strong growth. My daughter is turning 2 next week and I need some help so I can spend a little more time with her.
