Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Investment Company

Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile Virtual Assistant to support our real estate investment company’s growing needs. The role requires high commitment and versatility, encompassing a broad range of tasks, from administrative duties to project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
– Assist in managing the CEO’s schedule and tasks.
– Handle appointment setting, email management, and data entry with high precision.
– Organize travel plans and ensure all itineraries are well-planned and communicated.

Human Resources and Recruitment:
– Add job listings and assist in reviewing and interviewing VA applicants.
– Manage HR-related documentation and support the recruitment of new team members.
– Oversee the quality assurance of HR processes to ensure they meet company standards.

Project and Event Coordination:
– Serve as a project coordinator, overseeing various initiatives within the company.
– Plan and execute company events, ensuring they align with company objectives.

Client and Customer Relationship Management:
– Efficiently manage the CRM, ensuring all client information is current.
– Respond promptly to messages via email and SMS from clients and stakeholders.

Research and Reporting:
– Conduct thorough research and provide detailed reports to assist in decision-making.
– Utilize Excel for data analysis and report creation.

Communication and Management:
– Perform transcription duties as needed for meetings and presentations.
– Serve as a personal assistant to the CEO, aiding in various executive tasks.

Qualifications:

– At least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate sector.
– Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
– Proficiency with Freedomsoft or similar CRM platforms.
– Demonstrated ability to be responsible, reliable, and well-organized.
– A confident and hardworking individual who takes initiative.
– Must possess a laptop/PC and a stable internet connection with at least 5-10 Mbps speed.
– All screens will be recorded for quality assurance.
