Role Overview:
We are searching for a Virtual Assistant with a strong background in real estate investment to play a pivotal role in the operational success of our rapidly growing company. This position demands a highly organized, detail-oriented professional capable of managing various tasks.
Core Responsibilities:
Data Management: Efficiently organize and analyze extensive datasets related to properties, investments, and client interactions, ensuring accuracy and accessibility within our CRM system.
Lead Generation & Skip Tracing: Utilize advanced online tools and databases to precisely identify and track down leads, property owners, and investment opportunities.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison for all internal and external communications, ensuring messages are conveyed clearly and professionally through various channels.
HR & Recruitment Support: Streamline the hiring process, from job posting to interviewing, and carefully handle sensitive HR documentation.
Administrative Excellence: Oversee scheduling, document preparation, and financial report assistance and ensure the CEO’s tasks are efficiently managed.
Qualifications:
At least two years of proven experience in a virtual assistant role, ideally within the real estate sector.
Mastery of Microsoft Excel, CRM platforms, and particularly FreedomSoft.
Exceptional skill in managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.
Willingness to engage in screen recording during work hours for operational transparency and training enhancement.
Access to a dependable computer, high-speed internet connection (minimum 5-10 Mbps), and a quiet workspace.
