The Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic virtual assistant with experience to support our real estate business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings and showings with counterparts and other agents, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining our company website. Proficiency with CRM “Follow Up Boss” and Google Sheets is preferred, as well as a bonus for InDesign experience or the willingness to learn. Overcommunication and enthusiasm when working with coworkers and industry counterparts are essential characteristics for this role. Responsibilities
