In this dynamic role, you will work closely with our property manager and be responsible for the day-to-day leasing activities of our entire residential portfolio, all while enjoying the flexibility of a virtual work environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Efficient Lease Management: Process new lease applications and handle lease renewals promptly and accurately.
Lease Expiration Tracking: Keep a keen eye on upcoming lease expirations to ensure seamless transitions.
Owner Communication: Review upcoming lease renewals with property owners, finalize renewal details, and maintain excellent owner relations.
Timely Lease Offers: Ensure all outgoing lease renewal offers are accurate and dispatched in a timely manner.
Tenant Relations: Follow up with tenants to expedite lease renewals and address any lease-related queries professionally.
Rent Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate renewal rent to foster positive tenant relationships.
Rent Security Deposit Oversight: Maintain and monitor all rent security deposit accounts to comply with regulations.
Tenant Assistance: Provide support to tenants during the move-in process, ensuring a smooth transition to their new homes.
Leasing Software Management: Manage leasing software and sheets diligently, ensuring all updates are accurately maintained.
Annual Rent Registrations: Complete the necessary filing of Rent Registrations in a timely manner.
Prompt Call Handling: Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, offering top-notch customer service.
Delinquency Management: Stay on top of all delinquencies, taking proactive measures to resolve issues.
Collaborative Teamwork: Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and management to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
Effective Multi-Tasking: Showcase your ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with knowledge of Google Docs being a plus.
Exceptional Customer Service: Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide outstanding service to tenants.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment, supporting each other’s success.
Real Estate Acumen: Familiarity with the construction of homes and property management is an advantage.
