Virtual Assistant (Real Estate Photography Specialist)

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for real estate photography? We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to specialize in real estate photography, focusing on culling of real estate photos (removing doubles, extras, etc) uploaded by our photographers via Dropbox before forwarding them to our editing team, making sure all media on each order is uploaded by our photographers (PHOTOS, FLOOR PLANS, 3D TOURS, VIDEOS), checking and responding to any emails regarding editing requests. If you have excellent communication skills, customer service experience, and proficiency in Photoshop and Lightroom, we want to hear from you! Video editing experience a plus!

Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Assistant specializing in real estate media your tasks will include but are not limited to:

One shift – Hours are 8pm-midnight EST – This shift is where we cull photos and send to our editing team, ensure all media is uploaded by our photographers, process 3D tours before uploading to 3D company for final processing.
Another shift is Saturday and Sunday 8am- 2pm EST for delivery of photos, floor plans, 3D tours to our clients through our portal. This shift will also include video editing and delivery of videos to our clients.

Processing Photos: Manage the processing of photos after they are returned from the editor, ensuring quality and consistency.
Agent Reach-Outs: Facilitate communication with agents regarding photo preferences, edits, and any specific requirements.
Portal Delivery and Processing: Handle High Definition Photo delivery through our portal and processing efficiently.
Photo Editing: Assist in the photo editing process, ensuring the final product meets quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

Great Communication Skills: Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service roles, demonstrating an understanding of client needs and providing excellent service.
Photoshop and Lightroom Experience: Proficient in using Photoshop and Lightroom for photo processing and editing.
Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot and find effective solutions in a dynamic virtual environment.
Familiarity with REP Tools: Experience with real estate photography tools such as our portal and Dropbox.
Internet Speed: Minimum internet speed of 25mbps.
